Automation engineering for machine builders, system integrators and manufacturers

Commissioning

Commissioning on site, and support for teams commissioning our software themselves. More than ten years of it, in plants in nine countries.

On-site commissioning

Start-up of a new machine, support through customer acceptance, production ramp-up, and the period afterwards when the first real faults appear. On our own programs, or on software written by others.

Much of our reference list was commissioned this way — seat lines, body shops, injection moulding halls, bonding cells and press lines across Slovakia, Czechia, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, England and Morocco. Quoted per day plus travel.

Remote support during your commissioning

Where the client's own team is on the machine, we can remain available on VPN with the project open for an agreed number of days, so that a question about a sequence or a small program change can be dealt with quickly. It is normally arranged alongside an offline package.
